Tarta cu sparanghel si confit de ardei 

1 aluat copt in prealabil

1 buchet sparanghel

300g confit de ardei:

Ardei kapia

O foaie dafin

O crenguta cimbru

O crenguta rozmarin

Doi catei de usturoi

Sare si piper

400ml Ulei de masline

Umplutura tarta:

3 oua batute

200ml lapte

65ml smantana

1 lingura faina
Intr-o oala joasa pune apa la fiert cu sare. Cand ajunge in punctul de fierbere, adauga sparanghelul curatat si lasa-l 8 minute la foc mediu.

Intr-o cratita prepara separat confitul de ardei, la foc mic (70grade daca ai termometru) pentru jumatate de ora. 

Adauga pe rand in aluatul copt in prealabil confitul de ardei, sparanghelul si umplutura de tarta. Asezoneaza cu piper si coace 30 min la 180 grade
