Cand ai dificultati in a-i convinge pe cei mici sa manance frunze verzi, incearca piureul cu spanac, kale si praz, toate bio, Tomatina asigura livrarea in 24 h si au multe bunatati sezonale si pline de nutrienti.

20g praz (partea alba)

6-7 frunze de kale

6-7 frunze de spanac

Un cartof nou

1 lingurita ulei masline

Fierbe cartoful si prazul si adauga la final frunzele de kale si spanac, numai cat sa se inmoaie.

Da totul la blender cu putina sare si ulei de masline. Poti adauga o lingurita de smantana slaba la sfarsit. Pofta buna!
