Tarta cu ciocolata si espresso #CatherineKluger

Timp de preparare: 15 min, timp de coacere: 30 min

Pentru 6 persoane.

Un aluat fraged dulce copt in prealabil

60 ml espresso

25g faina

150g ciocolata neagra

3 oua

50g zahar

75g unt topit

1/2 lingurita de praf de copt

Topeste ciocolata la bain marie.


Intre timp bate galbenusurile cu zaharul pana ce devin spumoase si deschisea culoare. Adauga si faina, praful de copt, untul topit si cafeaua.



Bate albusurile spuma cu un varf de sare.


Incorporeaza ciocolata topita in amestecul de galbenusuri si omogenizeaza amestecand usor. Apoi incorporeaza albusurile batute spuma utilizand o paleta.


Umple aluatul precopt si coace tarta 30 min la 180 grade. Vei observa ca se ridica deasupra albusul si crapa usor iar la fund ramane mai densa crema.
