Tarta cu branza de vaci si migdale 

Timp de preparare: 15 min, timp de coacere 25 min

Pentru 6 persoane

Un aluat fraged dulce copt in prealabil

400g branza dulce de vaci grasa

2 oua

20g amidon porumb

Coaja de la o lamaie netratata

1/2 Zahar vanilat sau 1/2 seminte dintr-o pastaie de vanilie

50g fulgi de migdale


Faramiteaza branza, bate ouale si rade coaja de lamaie. Amesteca branza cu zaharul, amidonul si coaja de lamaie.


Adauga ouale si vanilia pana ce amestecul devine omogen.

Intre timp coace aluatul. Intinde aluatul in forma de tarta, inteapa fundul cu furculita in cateva locuri si umple tarta cu boabe de orez, in hartie de copt. Coace aluatul pentru 30 min pana ce devine auriu peste tot.







Cand aluatul s-a copt, umple-l cu compozitia de branza, presara fulgii de migale si coace tarta 25 min pana ce devine aurie.
