Tarta cu dovlecel si doua tipuri de branza #CatherineKluger

Timp de preparare: 15 min, timp de coacere 30min

Pentru 6 persoane.

1 aluat fraged copt in prealabil

150g dovlecel

50g branza feta

3 oua

200ml lapte

65ml smantana 15%

Sare si piper

1 cat usturoi

150g emmental (sau parmezan)

Bate cele 3 oua si amesteca-le cu laptele si smantana. Asezoneaza putin.

Incinge usturoiul in 2 linguri de ulei de masline si adauga dovlecelul ras. Dupa ce devone translucid, scoate-l pe un servetel sa se scurga de excesul de lichid.


Adauga dovlecelul si branza feta faramitata, apoi amestecul oua-lapte-smantana, apoi branza emmental rasa.


Coace tarta 30 min la cuptor.

Daca aluatul copt in prealabil are deja marginile aurii, inveleste-le in folie de aluminiu ca sa nu le arzi.
