Penne quattro formaggi

Timp de preparare: 11  min

Pentru 4  persoane.

500g penne
10g  unt
200ml smantana 15%
250g  mascarpone
125g mozzarella di  bufala
75g gorgonzola  picante
100g parmezan

Pune apa la  fiert cu  un varf de sare si adaug pennele cand se apropie sa dea  in clocot. Programez 11 minute.

Intre timp, topesc untul  intr-o  craticioara  non-aderenta, apoi dau focul mic si adaug smantana, cand s-a incalzit adaug pe rand si topesc: branza mascarpone, mozarella, gorgonzola si parmezanul. Opresc focul si amestec pana se omogenizeaza.

Scurge pastele, toarna  compozitia de branzeturi peste si amesteca. Enjoy!
